Rates and policies

Nightly

• $75 per night (two person occupancy - add $10 for each person over age 12)

minimum two night stay required – minimum four nights during festivals

Weekly

• Two adults can stay 7 days and nights for only $450 – (add $50 for each person over age 12)

Deposit

• All reservations require payment in advance

Cancellation      

In order to receive a refund of your deposit you must notify us 7 days before the date of your reservation.  Festivals & Holidays require a 3 week notice.
